These terms apply to exhibitors reserving or renting stand space at Kazel Expo.

Terms for Stand Bookings

1. Booking and participation
A stand request or booking becomes binding once confirmed in writing by the organiser. The organiser may reject applications for operational, safety or content-related reasons.

2. Cancellation by exhibitor
If cancellation takes place within 7 calendar days before the festival start, 50% of the agreed stand fee remains payable.
If cancellation takes place within 14 calendar days before the festival start, 10% of the agreed stand fee remains payable.
If cancellation takes place 21 days or earlier before the festival start, no cancellation charge applies.
The decisive date is the day the written cancellation reaches the organiser.

3. Rules on the festival grounds
Exhibitors must comply with assigned stand areas, setup windows, safety instructions and official requirements.
Sales, promotion and presentation activities may only take place within the booked stand category.
Open fire, gas, water and electricity may only be used with prior approval and in compliance with all safety requirements.
The stand must be kept clean and waste must be disposed of properly.
The organiser may take measures up to exclusion from the event in case of breaches of safety, venue or festival rules.

4. Liability
Exhibitors are liable for damage caused by themselves, their staff or items they bring. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no separate guarding or insurance is provided for goods, equipment or decoration brought to the event.

5. Final provisions
The law of the event location or the law agreed in the contract shall apply. If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.
